Alessandro Viola Note Di Bianco 2020 is made from 100% Grillo.

The vines are 15 years old, with the grapes were harvested early with 40hh then pressed directly. It then saw a fermentation and aged in stainless steel then bottled with 20mg/l SO2 added.

I discovered his wines last year and have loved them since day one.

The wine is dry, zippy, with pear skin, tart apple aromas, the wine has an intensity to it and has a real vibrancy and freshness to it. The palate is medium bodied, full and flavoursome with so much character and fun.

Alessandro Viola is certified Organic and based in Alcamo Sicily. They grow 7ha of vineyards and believes that nature is the only way forward, and I couldn't agree more.
