I have loved Austrian Wine for many years now and Gruner Veltliner has always had a place in my personal wine cellar.

@martinannaarndorfer are based in Kamptal and this Gruner Veltliner comes from a single vineyard from Strasse. Its 100% Organic too, they believe in allowing their sites to speak for themselves and express the land and soils through the wines.

Its only seen a short maturation in stainless Steel and for me really shows what they can do. Its beautifully aromatic, with plenty of citric aromas, floral and this intense mineral character too. The palate is dry, medium bodied and zesty with a charm and textured elegance that can only be from Kamptal. Its utterly delicious.

Highly recommended for sure.
